Søborghus is a newly renovated office hotel located in Søborg’s industrial business district.
The transformation of an entire floor into modern office facilities is part of NREP’s Woods Office concept, which offers flexibility and inspiring work environments with space for well-being and business development.

Sustainable Design with a Red Thread

Throughout the renovation process and interior design, we have focused on reusing as much as possible:
We have preserved the core of the building, leaving the concrete walls exposed. Fischer Lighting has supplied recycled lighting, while Sonaspray has provided an eco-friendly cellulose spray that absorbs more than 80% of unwanted noise, ensuring a comfortable working environment and a calm indoor climate across the entire floor.

Last but not least, we have quite literally incorporated a red thread in the design – red tiles on the walls, fixed furnishings in red tones, and additional interior elements carefully planned according to the color concept.
