Scope
New Build
This villa brings a heightened architectural quality to the area while seamlessly integrating into the surrounding landscape. Its unique cruciform floor plan and curved inner wall corners contribute to a distinctive and original design. Notably, the building incorporates vertical slices that function as natural leakage troughs and horizontal overhangs, strategically providing shaded areas to the east and south.
The facade's transparency creates a seamless connection between the interior and exterior spaces. A terraced deck envelops the building on the west, south, and east sides, enhancing its sense of lightness and horizontal orientation. The ground floor is designed with open living areas featuring suspended ceilings and direct access to the east-facing terrace, as well as a covered terrace to the south.
Thoughtfully chosen materials contribute to a timeless and high-quality aesthetic that harmonizes with the neighboring houses and natural surroundings. The exterior walls are constructed with insulated hollow bricks featuring a light felt surface, and the roof is clad in natural slate.
Internally, the ceilings are adorned with acoustic plaster, enhancing room acoustics, while the windows and sliding doors boast sleek aluminum frames. Wooden planks grace the interior flooring, providing a warm touch, while polished concrete is employed for shed, garage, and terrace surfaces. Glass railings elegantly complete the terrace design.
