Køge Nord Care Center, designed by Nordic Office of Architecture Denmark (formerly Rubow), will now be expanded with 40 housing units plus service areas, a central function, and areas for technical service personnel totaling 530 square meters. The project is expected to be ready for occupancy in 2027.

Nordic Office of Architecture has been the main consultant for Køge Nord Care Center and has completed phases 1 and 2, as well as created the preliminary proposal for phase 3.

Now, Nordic Office of Architecture Denmark, together with Norconsult Denmark, has been appointed as the client advisor for phase 3, and yesterday our head of client advisory, Hans Henrik Linde, signed the cooperation contract at Køge Town Hall together with property manager Niels Borre, who signed on behalf of Køge Municipality ✍️
