We are currently transforming several existing commercial buildings for Nrep.

A common feature of all these projects is that we reuse as many materials as possible and use our tool ‘Klimafakturaen’ (https://klimafaktura.dk) to document both CO2 and material savings.

In Ballerup, we have now begun transforming an industrial property from the 80s into a contemporary property where design, reuse, and upcycling are prioritized. The property is a treasure trove of good materials and iconic Danish design that should not go to waste.
