High-end transformation

When Baneveien 16 was built in the late 1950's it was a modern office building. Now we are transforming it into contemporary high-end offices fit for the main tenant—the renowned lawyers at Wikborg Rein.

Exclusive place to live and work

Offering a central location with excellent fjord views, the building will house two floors of exclusive apartments and a restaurant on the ground floor in addition to six office floors.

Preserve and improve

Located in an up and coming development area in Bergen, the building is a fine example of a structure worth preserving to create a work environment fit for the future. We have taken care to maintain the expression of the existing building in our design.
