Our design for Hasle Kraft embodies a clear ambition: to contribute to Hasle’s ongoing transformation into a dynamic and sustainable urban district. With a distinct architectural identity, functional diversity, and an inviting presence in the cityscape, Hasle Kraft is set to become an urban hub in an emerging district that connects people and actively contributes to enhancing the area’s identity.
Open, inviting and connected
Smart spaces for a dynamic workforce
The interior strategy balances a clear identity for anchor tenant Møller Mobility Group with flexible spaces for future tenants. Shared areas encourage interaction and collaboration in a calm, enduring environment with daylight, quality materials, and a focus on wellbeing.
A warm expression towards the surroundings
The building’s textured façade, made from glass-reinforced concrete, blends rhythm, durability, and energy performance. Discreet solar shading and carefully calibrated openings ensure comfort and sustainability, without compromising the expression.
Reuse and reduce
Hasle Kraft targets BREEAM-NOR Excellent and Energy Class A. Reused hollow-core slabs from the existing structure reduce emissions and create a direct link to the site’s past. All materials are selected for low environmental impact, verified by robust data.
Together, these strategies support a built environment that is not only generous and future-oriented but genuinely low-impact.
Shaping tomorrow’s workplace
Hasle Kraft marks a new beginning for Møller Mobility Group and for Hasle itself—offering a flexible, collaborative, and sustainable workplace in one of Oslo’s most exciting emerging neighbourhoods.
