Scope
Residential design
A thriving urban neighbourhood
Orkesterplassen is located in the heart of Stjørdal, between the newly established cultural house Kimen and a park, creating a thriving new urban neighbourhood. This contemporary residential project encompasses 55 living units along with commercial premises on its base level, playing a pivotal role in the strategy to invigorate the town's central area with increased activity.
A sense of belonging
Red brick is frequently used on buildings in Stjørdal, providing the newest addition to the centre with a sense of belonging. The design of the buildings features a stepped-back, sculptural approach that harmonizes with the environment and creates spacious roof terraces for the apartments.
Catering to various needs
A great variety of apartment types for various needs are on offer in Orkesterplassen, all with large windows and good views. Most of the units have windows on two facades and ample qualities such as high ceilings and tall windows, as well as access to outdoor areas.
