Transforming the heart of Oslo

In the heart of Oslo lies an area in dire need of repair. In our proposal, "Elvelangs", we have transformed this area from a grey asphalt jungle to a verdant, welcoming and attractive place to work and live. Our concept consolidates two urban blocks enhanced by a new river park.

Connecting east and west

The western block comprises offices and hotel, linking in with the existing tower buildings around Oslo central station. One of the proposed towers span the river, firmly grounded on each side, and symbolises the connection between the east and west of the city.

Thriving neighbourhood

As a continuation of the existing residential area, we propose truly green urban living in the eastern quarter, with retail, restaurants and other services contributing to a thriving neighborhood.

Our ambition is to create a highly sustainable district which is open and friendly, tailored to the needs of tomorrows urban population.
