Let there be light

Hånes Panorama is beautifully situated on a hillside close to Kristiansand. The development contains 60 homes in seven buildings, which all enjoy undisturbed views of the fjord. In designing Hånes Panorama, it was important for us to bring the spectacular landscape into each apartment, so we used large windows and private terraces to connect each individual home with its surroundings.

Quality matters

Given its location in such close proximity to the sea, the buildings needed to be built in particularly resilient materials throughout that could withstand the salt water and reduce the need for maintenance and repairs. Our focus was on using modern architecture to create homes with efficient room layouts and outdoor areas that encourage activity and interaction.
