Hoffsveien 1A-E is situated by Skøyen railway station. The plan is to transform the site from a closed office environment into an urban area with hotels, businesses and homes, maximising the site's potential.
Concept sketches
Durable and functional
Nordic’s proposal includes a new tram stop and a shopping arcade facing Hoffsveien. The site is divided into three different building zones, allowing for phased construction. The project also aims to create a visual and cultural identity for the area by making use of a rediscovered river, allowing nature to flow through Hoffsveien.
