Dramatic landscape

Visitors to Bodø are often drawn to this area of Northern Norway by the varied and wild nature. The new Quality Hotel is a dynamic addition to the city's emerging waterfront, celebrating the dramatic landscape.

Draw the landscape in

In addition to 250 rooms, the project features a conference facility including ballroom for up to 800 people and a restaurant for 300. The close relationship to the landscape is emphasised through dramatic openings in the facade. This contact with nature is continued in the hotel rooms themselves, featuring full-height picture windows.

Rich materials

The dynamic form of the tall element is a direct response to the local landscape and the desire to maintain views to significant nearby mountains, with warm, textured metals and substantial, rich stone covering the facade.
