Vesterled Care Centre aspires to be more than just a residence; it aims to be a compelling option for Brøndbyvester's residents looking for an active and healthy aging experience, deeply integrated within the local community.
Safe and modern
Vesterled will accommodate many different needs and function both as a safe residence and a modern workplace. Similarly, it will support a rich and stimulating lifestyle for residents, focused on familiarity and security.
Our ambition is to create a functional and welcoming care centre that offers a high quality of life for the elderly while and the right care and attention.
Familiarity and security
People with dementia can feel a sense of restlessness, which is why they will look for something recognisable in their surroundings. To achieve this, the physical environment is organised with recognisable points of support when moving through buildings and outdoor areas.
It is equally important to create an environment that contributes to positive experiences with opportunities for interpersonal interactions with other residents and people from the local community.
Evidence-based design
Our approach to design reflects a holistic, human-centered mindset. Through a nuanced and evidence-based understanding of the functions and effects of architecture, we create a place that captures the needs of the users and supports the 'good life' at Vesterled.
