At Bondelia Gardens we have designed spaces that bring you closer to nature. Generous windows provide wonderful views of Norways largest lake, Mjøsa, while also letting in copious amounts of natural light. And whether you are in one of the Atrium houses, the townhouses or the nine-story timber tower block you can enjoy a unique connection to nature.

Locally sourced family homes

The project is constructed using locally sourced materials, from producers like Hunton, Moelven and Natre. Using wood fiber insulation and untreated timber cladding, as well as avoiding the use of plastics or hazardous chemicals, the buildings provide a healthy and welcoming indoor environment.

With closeness to nature comes a certain quality of life, which is only enhanced by the amenities provided here. With a communal pool, tennis court, outdoor gym area (“Tufte park”), garden allotments and a “community hall” with a shared kitchen and guest rooms, Bondelia Gardens has something for everyone.
