Gausta revived
The Gausta project will breathe new life into an incredible mountain area in central Norway, making it an all-year destination for mountain tourism, as well as a top destination for Alpine skiing. The new and existing hotel, in connection with the central square, shops, restaurants and gondola station, will become the heart of the resort.
For all seasons
Our vision is that Gausta becomes a tourist base for exciting activities for all four seasons in the local area. The hotel itself will attract tourists by offering exotic floating saunas, a well stocked wine cellar as well as a spa.

Our passionate architects took on a hands-on approach and helped launch the floating saunas in the middle of a winter storm.
The bigger picture
To ensure a sustainable project, we are exploring the possibilities of electrifying public transportation, as well as alternative models for more efficient heating and energy systems.
