Continuity of care

Our vision for Helsingør Health Centre is to create the future of health care – a compassionate and human-centric building focusing on quality and a continuity of care across municipality, region and general practice.

When finished, this will be the workplace of approximately 200 people, caring for around 1.400 visitors and patients per day. It will house a wide range of professionals and volunteers in the fields of health care, rehabilitation, nursing and treatment.

People in the community will experience how a variety of services and medical practices are seamlessly integrated. Henrik Møller, current mayor of Helsingør

Seamless and natural

Seamless care and rehabilitation in close connection to nature is key in Helsingør Health care centre. Heath care professionals are closely connected, with easy access to forums for discussions and research between medical fields, ensuring the very best care for each patient.

The facilities be open and inviting, welcoming the local community in to a new urban space. The project comprises a four-leaf-clover of buildings with inner courtyards that gradually recedes towards the south and into the surrounding lush green areas.

Safe and comfortable

Easy wayfinding and logic connections between functions ensures that patients feel safe and comfortable. Abundant natural light will give the building a friendly and open feel, to the benefit of both patients, visitors and staff.
