Affordable Housing is a Danish concept that provides non-profit housing for all types of people. Some can relate to it as social housing or public housing, but they er neither. Affordable housing is an integral part of our architectural identity. As architects, we view it as one of our most important responsibilities to create quality and healthy homes for everyone, providing a safe environment that fulfills one of humanity’s fundamental needs: a place to call home.

In every affordable housing project, our goal is to maximize living quality for the investment made. Social sustainability forms the foundation of our architectural approach, which is why our affordable housing projects focus on aspects such as maximizing daylight exposure, using healthy materials, and fostering a sense of community.
